Froze account because asked for a limit increase to...

Froze account because asked for a limit increase to send money for a property purchase. Its been 3 days and have had no udpate. Just crazy to think a bank can operate like this. Has caused significant issues with having to move back completion dates. Would appreciate this to be resolve promptly. Reviewed on: 11th February 2024
