Very poor customer service experience.

Very poor customer service experience. I raised concerns about losses via Revolut. Never been supported with my case. An investigation started end of June 2024 which never concluded. I enquired, but was told I am not allowed to know the outcome and how my concerns are addressed. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

I had a very poor experience with HSBC, when I became victim of a fraud and reported this. I was passed from departments to departments over 6 months to receive a threatening final decision letter informing me if I escalate myconcerns further I will be restricted from access to financial services across UK.
