So many years, so few problems!

I have been using PayPal for a very long time. I have only experienced one slight problem - obtaining a refund from an individual - but that was mostly sorted within a few weeks. Other than that I have always found PayPal very helpful. I often use their "pay over 3" option and the payment plans they hold with Ebay when I need to make larger purchases (£99+). The Ebay service, in particular, has helped me with getting vital things such as mobility equipment and a vaccum cleaner. I wish they held similar agreements with other businesses as it is so helpful. PayPal is my go to payment option due to their buyer protection. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Great Way to Build a Safety Net!

I have been using Chip for around 2 years now and it has really helped me to build a cushion of savings despite being on a fixed, low income. It is so helpful to have a "smart" savings app that I can personalise - to a point - that takes small amounts regularly as well as arranged amounts each month. I've made use of the regular, no withdrawal and prize drawer accounts and they all have great interest rates and uses. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
