Both the savings and current account offering are fantastic. Quickly adapting to and applying fair rate changes. Simple and efficient account opening. Ability to have round ups accounts for further earning interest. Current account applies interest without the need to opt in to some overarching account option. Automatic. Simple. Fair. Customer service on the few queries I've had have been polite and quick. The only possible thing I want to see to completely transfer over is the option for overdrafts and joint accounts. Until then I still require these with other providers. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
