Very customer friendly and focused

The app is super user friendly to start with which is always a big bonus, it’s straight forward and really clear to find what you’re looking for regarding your accounts. The cashback feature on the current account is a big bonus. As is the interest rates on balances in your current and savings accounts. I also like that you can split savings into different ‘pots’ depending on what you’re going to use your money for - like rainy day funds, a holiday, or emergency funds.
