Good if you don't need to use Customer service.

Good overall for use of daily spend to save 1% on spend. Interest rates are OK on savings however there is better out there. Only poor experience is I was promised an update around using my chase card to pay a payment which wouldn't work. This was there Mastercard to pay a credit card which wouldn't work. 1 year on no update and gave up as I used my HSBC account to sort it. Also pending charges from failed payment from chase to authorised held money for 3 days and the seller said they haven't requested the payment. Very poor at dealing with this Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
