Poor claims department

Had to apply for a claim form after returning from holiday, it took 25 minutes for call to be answered then received email to say it would take up to 28 days instead of the 7 _ 10 in policy eventually noticed an amount of money paid into my bank account from them which is much less than I claimed for ( no email to say they had come to any kind of decision ). I am now trying to get the rest of my claim and a reason for first decision, which will take another 10-15 days and no guarantee of success. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018
