THEY ARE WHO THEY SAID THEY ARE

While going to church a Sunday morning , i lost my chase bank card; I didn't notice until i switched on my mobile phone after church, I i had a few notification from chase customer services . i call them back and explain the situation as they already blocked the card . the person who pick it up already made several transaction(£180). the software of chase who knew I was not the type of person to do those kind of transaction stopped and blocked the card . AFTER A FEW DAYS OF INVESTIGATION THEY (chase) REFUNDED ME ALL MY MONEY . there is no other bank in UK who does that . The customer service agent I spoke with was excellent and spot on in all the questions and even reassure me of the process and the time frame . Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
