Sensible questions about my rare medical condition - and then a sensible price

I suffer from a very rare medical condition, which led to me needing a lung transplant.. my health has been very good since transplant and I’ve travelled extensively. WorldFirst asked me very sensible questions about my current health to assess my risk, which showed that they understood both my underlying condition and my health post-transplantand then each time have offered me travel insurance at a price which also seems sensible.
