Over the moon with this bank!

Having moved over to chase and being a total online banking system I must be honest I was slightly sceptical. However my experience has been absolutely brilliant. I had cause to call for help on one occasion and to my surprise immediately got a ‘human being’ not a chatbot … the support was second to none and issue sorted in minutes, which was my lack of knowledge and yet so patient. The App is so easy to use and transfers are instant when moving money. I love the Rewards too. I have recommend Chase to others since having my account . So don’t be sceptical like me just do it! Just do it, you won’t regret it!

Was sceptical about a pure online banking service, however I need have been worried as I am totally converted . The customer service is brilliant ! So helpful and so courteous. I called them with a question and I was straight through talking to a very nice person who put my mind at ease, nothing seemed to be a problem for them . I also love the ‘round up’ service attached to the account . Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
