Stress free and fabulous

I really enjoy using the app and managing my account, it's so simple and accessible, and I'm now going to close my current account with Nationwide and move wholly to Chase. I mean, how many banks can you say you enjoy logging into, and know you will get great customer service if problems do arise. I love the accessibility any time night or day, I can move money around and they don't charge for overseas payments, plus good interest rates and encouragement to save. I genuinely enjoy the app so much, which helps me manage and control my money. For the first time ever, and i'm 70, I have saved and continue to save through them because of their app, their support and encouragement, couldn't be happier. Get very excited at the end of the month when interest is applied! The round up feature is fab too, it all adds up without any stress or worry. The 'rewards' section is also a great idea and another way to save even in pence. Look after the pennies the pounds will look after themselves :-) Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
