Awesome 2 years' of experience with Chase

Been a customer with Chase for 2+ years & experience has been nothing short of absolutely phenomenal. Be it the higher interest rate, the flexibility offered while using the card overseas or the convenience of easily moving funds between current & savings account, the experience has been completely smooth. Not to mention the awesome customer service team, no need to wait for long to be attended and even technical fixes were available super fast when I had to move the banking app to a new device. Fabulous experice, and will be happy to recommend the bank's products to friends and peers. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
