I would definitely recommend!

It’s very easy to see what I’m spending my money on each month. I really like the range of categories. I haven’t had to use it very often but Customer Service is easily accessible and responds quickly and with care. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Chase banking has been a game-changer!

I love the round-up and cash-back rewards and the interest that I receive on top of them. The app is very easy to use - it’s great to see where my money goes and to be able to categorise my spending. I also like the tips and advice articles. I opened the account nearly 2 years ago but I haven’t had any reason to contact customer service because I haven’t had any problems!
