Straightforward transfers and payments.

Straightforward transfers and payments. Responsive, user friendly interface. Never felt the need for a physical branch presence. Technologically advanced. The great thing is that Chase is sticking to the basics and not trying too hard to add superfluous features. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Amazing layout of the app with an option to create m...

Amazing layout of the app with an option to create multiple accounts. Hassle free transfers and very attractive savings rate. Wouldn't go back to other banking apps after having experience such clean, minimalist and functional experience. Only once in almost 18 months did I feel the need to call customer service, and they were so prompt and helpful. The customer service via the chat function in the app is incredible and the response came within a minute. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
