customer service that makes Chase bank special

I love using Chase bank the agents are absolutely great. To be honest I never expected to like a bank or recommend one but the way the agents communicate with so much empathy understanding and down to earth sounds like your talking to a mate rather than a bank customer service agent. Maybe that sounds stupid I find it weird but it’s the truth and it’s the customer service guys that make Chase bank special otherwise it’s just a normal bank with a great app. I just can’t wait till they bring more products and services to uk cause I’m definitely gonna move my mortgage and other accounts to them Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
