Great cover, great value

Great company for those with pre existing conditions. They understand that if you are receiving regular medication your premiums don’t have to be extortionate. Their covid policy appeared fair. We’ve used them now for several years both long and short haul (including Australia, America and China) and although have never made a claim, pre trip the service and website is very reassuring Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Great customer service and price

Have consistently been helpful when obtaining long haul travel insurance. With pre-existing conditions it is important to feel confident that your needs are understood and that you are not being penalised especially when the conditions are being managed.
