Unparalleled Appalling Service. Great product.

As a bank/savings provider excellent product when using automated system. As a customer service provider they are awful. Have been trying to get returned my probate form back and close deceased Mum's account for a month, to no avail. Submitted a formal complaint and that remains unanswered. Incompetent beyond belief. Assume I will have to wait the 8 weeks before FOS can intervene. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
