Fantastic customer service

I had an issue with a fraudulent phone call pretending to be someone from chase, once I recognised this was false I immediately rang the customer support team and they were honestly incredible from start to finish. I was panicking and they put me straight at ease and sorted all my PIN numbers, card details everything. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Best bank I’ve ever used

I love that I can have as many accounts set up as I want which allows me to save for different things. Chase offers great rewards for their customers and interest rates. The mobile app is super easy to use even if you are not very savvy on any tech. I’ve recommended to friends and family and I got extra rewards for this. Fantastic bank!
