Fabulous customer service, interest rates and app

Chase's customer service has been nothing short of excellent, especially when I was travelling in America- they were contactable and helpful at all times!! The interest rates are fabulous compared to most major British Banks and they have helpful pots so you can keep your money organised but easily accessible. The app is easy to navigate and has everything you need. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
