Great interface easy to understand what returns and benefits you get. Good rates v the market and with some interesting products eg the mortgage saver and linkage to mortgage advisor etc. also it’s encouraging to see interest income from the ISA I have - with notifications to remind you that new money is coming in. Easy to use interface and functionalities. Exceptional customer service with 24/7 chat available that’s actually responsive. Easy to pay and transfer money in and out of account. Rewards are great with 1% cash back available as long as you deposit certain amount of money in the account. Great FX rates and you can also earn cash back overseas. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
