Best bank I’ve ever been with!

Best bank I’ve ever been with, I was with previous banks before and none cater to me like Chase does, to be able to text chat instead is the best thing for me. I have a bad phobia of speaking over the phone which is to do with my neurodivergence. So having this option to speak to someone through texting is amazing for me and gives me independence on sorting stuff out! More businesses need to take notes from chase for this! They’re fantastic and I recommend them to anyone!! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
