Our son recommended Chase over 2 years ago. Our savings are safe and have made a good interest yearly. Communication is clear, customer service is excellent and online is so easy to use and move money around if necessary. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026

My son recommended Chase to me two years ago and it was the best Bank I have ever been with. Customer Service brilliant. Simple to use and have my balance to hand.
