Great insurance company

I had to phone protectivity last year and I was really impressed that I went straight through to a person that was actually able to answer my query, without having to pass me on to someone else. This was such a refreshing change from some companies, who offer up to 5 option choices and then ask you to choose another option within the one you have already chosen! But Protectivity insurance were able to answer my query so efficiently. So, five star for great customer service! Reviewed on: 14th August 2018
