Good and prompt service

The waiting time is not so long when I call and the operators are committed to resolving your problem, when they say they will call back on a certain date they have done every time so the customer service is very good compared to other organisations. Overall I have had a good experience with Chase up to date even though it is not my main bank account Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
