Every interaction I have had with Zopa has been friendly, professional and helpful. I needed a credit card and they provided one, the app is very user friendly and easy to use and their customer service is always helpful and swift. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Chase - Excellent service

Every dealing I have with the bank has been excellent. If I have been concerned they have always been there and their team of over the phone employees are always friendly, reassuring and helpful and have always resolved any issue I have had right there and then. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
