As a bank they provide an easy to use and easy to understand banking system. I have had no problem with contacting them with problems or queries and anything I have contacted them about has been resolved immediately. Their charges are low and sometimes charge free. The rates they provide for savings are among the highest around. Overall I’m delighted with the current account and savings account I have opened with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
