Let me start by saying I've had bank account with all big Street names but chase is miles in front I've never waited longer than 3 dial tones to speak to customer service ,, they are helpful they stop or hold suspicious incoming or out going payments, they remind you about direct debits and keep the money so you don't get late fees like other banks ,, I live this account I really so in my eyes I'll never put my money anywhere else other than chase love u guys Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
