Why would you not sign up to chase ?

I had a few issues previously where it looked like my card was being used abroad. I communicated with Chase via their chat function and the response was almost instant, they resolved my issues and sent me a new card. They make contacting them so easy, it’s not a stressful experience with huge IVRs that you listen to before you actually get to speak with anyone. Also, which other bank gives you bonus cash back for just using your card ? It doesn’t matter which retailer you spend your money at, you earn cash back. Finally you can also use your bank card across Europe annd the US without any charges?? I mean, why would you not sign up to chase.
