I am a bank manager/director, and although I don't work for chase bank, I absolutely wouldn't bank anywhere else. I'd love them to bring out more facilities such as joint current accounts and even business accounts - their approach to customer service is second to none, despite them not being rated by the CMA results they are absolutely AMAZING and I'd love to not only spread the good word about chase, but to work for them!
