Great customer service and app features

I've been banking with Chase for a couple of years now and have been pleased with the level of service that they provide. The cashback and roundup features are easy to set up and operate, and if there's ever an issue customer support are easy to contact, polite and helpful. Very different to a traditional high street banking experience. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
