My young dog was diagnosed with an eye problem that required specialist ophthalmic treatment. Petplan were amazing throughout this trying time. They even agreed to deal directly with the specialist vets and kept me informed and updated on my claim. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them more strongly. Having a poorly dog is very upsetting and worrying, especially when as a family we have ongoing health problems to deal with as well. Petplan made the whole process as stress free as possible and acted with compassion, professionalism and efficiency. They are a first class company. Reviewed on: 16th August 2018
