I had to phone chase customer services actually answered phone within two rings which is fantastic compared to other banks . I deal with other banks and I’ve had to wait at least 45 minutes before you can speak to someone . I would never open account with any bank again other than Chase bank absolutely brilliant service Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
