Efficient service after a very long wait on the telephone.

Before I could renew my insurance I had to contact the medical team.. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently . I then rang up and completed my insurance.. As I had all the relevant information this was completed quickly. What I did not like however was the length of time it took before I got to speak to an agent .. 20 minutes hanging on the phone for the medical team 18 minutes hanging on before I spoke to an insuratrip agent. This is unacceptable..and spoils the whole experience. Reviewed on: 17th August 2018
