I opened a cash ISA and it’s the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do online. They’ve made it so easy. I’m gonna open up a stocks and shares on next year. You get updates every day there’s loads of information in the app they’ve made it so easy. It’s brilliant. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026

Chase Savings Account Review

The banking app is super easy to use and it has a decent interest rate for my savings account. The help line is also ‘helpful’ - support where they’re not reading a script which totally irritates the hell out of me! I would use Chase purely for their help lines. Servicing makes such a difference as it is so rare in this country. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
