Reliable, fast, user friendly, good rates and promotions (e.g. cash back and round up savings feature on higher savings rate). Good call centre who are well equipped and trained at solving problems. The only additional feature I'd like is more credit facilities, like overdraft and mortgages. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
