Customer service was helpful and informative

Customer service was helpful and informative via the chat feature when I used it as I had a query. Being able to use the debit card while abroad with no fee is excellent and saves me having to worry about getting a specific travel card. Having 1% cashback on all purchases is also extremely handy. The only draw back from this account that I have noticed is that I cannot pay cheques in via the app which I recently had to do so had to use my other current account with a different bank for that.
