The most awful banking app

The most awful banking app I have ever used. Multiple issues that drag on and on for month's. You provide the screenshots from their app showing various error messages. They tell you that your complaint is being sent to another team and you hear nothing. When you ask for an update they ask you the same questions over and over... Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
