Great bank and customer service

Great account, I have current and savings accounts. Love the pots and how easy it is to access them and transfer money between them. Spoken to their customer service multiple times and they are always friendly and quick to answer. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Been with chase over a year now and would never move.

Been with chase over a year now and would never move. The app is the best banking app Iv used. Spoken to customer service a few times and they are so quick to answer and was able to assist everytime. No need for a phone call and being put on hold! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
