I can always get hold of someone on the live chat 24/7 who sort everything out. the only thing I would say is you can’t pay cash in however this isn’t a problem as can pay into my NatWest and transfer across and then I qualify for the cashback also. The cashback is amazing. Best bank I’ve had Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
