Excellent, modern bank

I have had an excellent experience with Chase. As a lady who loves to shop, having 1% cash back felt like a real treat. The savings account, and of course being able to split my account into several savings accounts with the same amount of interest, has been an absolute breeze to set up and maintain. I’ve saved so much money. In addition to this, the app and customer service have been top notch- I always get prompt replies and help when I need it. The app is modern and easy to use, and I have always felt a sense of security with Chase’s approval check messages before online purchases. I love the ability to freeze and defrost my card with the tap of a screen! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
