Totally satisfied, excellent customer support, cashback on spending a bonus. Security is great, checks made on large or unusual transactions, very reassuring. Changing all my accounts to Chase. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Fairly new customer, totally satisfied.

Have being using Chase for just over a year. Found the whole experience excellent. No negatives, so easy to manage on line/mobile. Makes banking a pleasure rather than frustrating. Been with my other bank for over 20yrs, they are good but Chase is so much easier to use. Top-up system is great, hidden savings without hassle. All round success for me.
