Other banks could learn from Chase!

I've been within Barclays ever since I was first able to open a bank account but I heard about Chase and all the benefits they provide so I decided to open an account. All of my direct debits were automatically transferred over to my new account so I had nothing to do but inform my employers of my account change. I've been with Chase for 8 months now and I have earned £170 from the 1% cash back offer and saved £257 from my round-up account, which is far more than anything I earned from the entire time I was with Barclays! I've already convinced two of my co-workers to open an account with Chase and I still recommend them to everyone today. I haven't had much experience with customer service from Chase but from what I've heard they are brilliant. Other banks could learn from Chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
