Excellent end-user experience

Excellent customer service, love that they ask for a number to call back when connection drops and they actually do that. Consistent experience between different operators. One of if not the best banking apps I’ve ever seen and I have accounts with over 10 banks, UK and other countries. Would love more insight on my spending habit (Welab in Hong Kong and Jenuis in Indonesia lets you compare your spending with other customers with similar background. This is powered by AWS). Cashback is the main reason I do most spending on Chase, would probably soend with credit card if this is no longer the case. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
