Overall, a great banking experience.

The interest rates are very competitive, the app infrastructure is very user friendly. The cashback incentive is very beneficial. Customer service on the chat forum is super efficient. Only very small downside is the ability to electronically lodge cheques, which I believe is being developed. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
