Quite simply Chase Bank is the best current account...

Quite simply Chase Bank is the best current account I’ve ever had, and I’ve had accounts at many different banks over the years. It was astonishingly easy to open an account in the first instance, even for a 70yr old, and everything about the way the app works is so intuitive it makes it supremely easy to use.Competitor beating interest rates on linked savings accounts, cash back rewards and customer services that are industry leading. Recently had an issue with a card payment whilst in a restaurant and even though the CS call centre was in the USA the service was intelligent, helpful, effective and quick. I do have 2 minor niggles.One, Chase is currently only listed by one credit reference agency. Two I wish the app displayed a running balance. I also wish Chase would hurry up and introduce a credit card. For me, having a current account with Chase is a no brainer. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
