Efficient, friendly and helpful

Have had to contact once and they were very helpful and resolve the problem. I then had a follow up call just to make sure I understood what they had done. Great communication letting me know when interest rates are changing to within days of the Bank of England changing theirs. Easy to us app Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
