1st time buyer very happy

I've never bought home insurance before so my knowledge was minimal and I was mindful of not being taken advantage of because of it. However, the customer service representatives were open and honest and at no point did I feel that I had to take out a policy if I didn't want to. We went through many options with different insurance companies and I chose the Policy Expert policy as it was the most comprehensive and the best priced. Will deffo reccommend to friends and family. Excellent knowledgeable customer services

First time I’ve ever bought house insurance and I therefore had lots of questions. The staff were more than happy to help, were patient and at no time appeared to be in a rush to move to the next caller. They took a genuine interest in my new house and also gave me options with regards to making the policy cheaper if I wanted to. There was now pressure at all to buy anything or a particular policy. Very happy with the customer service and I’m not surprised to hear that Policy expert have received awards for it! Reviewed on: 21st August 2018
