Easy to use app.

Easy to use app. Great to be able to speak to a person if you have a problem. Love the ‘round up’ option which helps you save and gives you interest on top. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Customer Service with someone to speak to

Chase has excellent customer service and joy of joys a real person to speak to… even though it’s a digital bank. The app is intuitive and very easy to use. I like the round up option which helps me save for family treats and the 1% cash back on spending. Brilliant bank!! Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Great bank with excellent customer service

I am happy that l can speak to someone when l need advice. I love the interest that l earn on my accounts. I really like the round up account which pays interest… a great way to save. I love the app which is very intuitive and easy to use. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
