Easy to use

Everything, from set up to daily usage has been simple and easy to utilise, navigate and understand. Any questions I’ve had have been answered by the FAQs or search engine. I have only used two other banking groups previously and never considered a new bank until my brother spoke so highly of their app and offers. It was a good decision to move to Chase, I would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
