I have had less problems with Chase than my previous...

I have had less problems with Chase than my previous accounts with other UK Banks. The phone application is straightforward and fairly reliable. There are a few minor bugs but nothing serious. The customer service team is helpful and they sort issues out quickly. I like the rewards. It pays out £15 a month and that covers my Nationwide account fee so I can get insurance.
